BISP Complaints Redressal New Method 2024

The Benazir Income Support Program is working for the welfare of poor community to make them empower in respect of countrywide inflation crises. If you are facing any type of difficulty while processing your dynamic survey or registration then you can record your complaint for quick response. The Government of Pakistan has announced new method of BISP complaints redressal across whole country.

As per the latest news report, the most of the people does not know about how to lodge/record a complaint against any issue facing while registration in BISP program. All those persons who have any query or complaint can visit the nearest BISP tehsil office and meet with the representative and record your query which will be solved on urgent basis.

If you cannot visit at your nearby tehsil office then you can use another method to record a complaint through call on BISP helpline Toll Free number 0800-26477.

Your complaints will be resolved on emergency basis and if you cannot resolve your issue after 24 hours then you need to register your complaint again for redressal.

All the complaints regarding the unnecessary deduction from BISP cash payment, unable to conduct survey, demanding money for survey completion, unprofessional irresponsible behaviour of BISP  officials etc. can be record through BISP call center which is available at 24 hours service.

The government of Pakistan has established the BISP Call center which is available including the 25 officials team which are deployed to receive the complaints and solved it as per SOPs.

The government will enhance the the team of BISP call center from 25 team members to atleast 75 officials near in future just for the sake for complaints redressals on immediate basis.
